Anjali was AMAZING! She was so very attentive, detailed, patient, and informative throughout our setup and onboarding process! My experience with Birdeye has been phenomenal! They have been extra helpful when we had questions and their explanation of how to use their dashboard is great! The app and their online dashboard is very easy to navigate and use. I worked with Himani and Krishna and they were super helpful and positive. I would 100% recommend using Birdeye for your buisness.
