Application of the Birdeye software is helping the company penetrate the market place and makes it easier to respond to clients/customers in real time or with AI enhanced messages. The support is very good and the staff clearly articulate their messages and deliver at a pace this commensurate with the client.

My experience with Birdeye customer service is always great! They go above and beyond to make sure I understand all the functionalities of the app and that everything worked perfectly. I worked closely with Itishri and she was always positive and helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help me set things up and followed-up on results. I recently added the Google Booking tool and Deepti was super helpful in setting it up for us. Birdeye is a Great platform! We have had more reviews each week than we had in years. Thank you!
